1. **Standard product samples**: For standard size and specification products in stock, we can provide free samples (you only need to cover the shipping cost), or low-cost paid samples, depending on the product type and quantity.
2. **Custom product samples**: For custom size, shape, coating, or processing products, we provide paid sample services. The sample cost includes material cost, processing cost, and tooling cost (if any). After you place a mass production order, we can refund the sample cost (subject to mutual negotiation).
3. **Prototype development samples**: For new product development projects, we provide professional prototype development services, including design, prototyping, testing, and optimization, helping you develop custom optical glass products that meet your unique requirements.
4. **Pre-production samples**: For mass production orders, we will provide pre-production samples for your confirmation before starting mass production, ensuring that the product meets your specifications and quality requirements, and avoiding mass production errors.
Sample process:
1. **Submit your sample requirements**: Send us your product specifications, drawings, or sample requirements, including product type, size, material, coating, quantity, and delivery deadline.
2. **Quotation and confirmation**: Our sales and engineering team will evaluate the sample cost and lead time, provide a detailed sample quotation, and confirm with you.
3. **Sample payment**: You pay the sample cost and shipping cost, and we arrange sample production immediately.
4. **Sample production and inspection**: We produce the sample in our workshop, conduct strict quality inspection, and take photos/videos for your confirmation before shipment.
5. **Sample shipment**: We ship the sample to you via express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS), and provide the tracking number for you to track the delivery.
6. **Sample confirmation and mass production**: After you receive and confirm the sample, we can arrange mass production according to the sample standard.

Since customized samples and shipping costs are high for both parties, in order to ensure a win-win situation for both parties and quality assurance, we only provide high-quality samples. - What is your Production MOQ?
