We have established a standardized production scheduling system and strict delivery management process to ensure that every order is delivered on time, every time. Our delivery time varies depending on the product type, order quantity, customization requirements, and shipping method, and we provide clear lead times for all orders.
Standard production lead times
1. **Standard optical glass products (in stock)**: For standard size optical domes, display glass panels, AR/AG/AF coated glass, and other products in stock, the lead time is 3-5 working days after receiving the deposit. We can arrange immediate shipment after production and inspection.
2. **Custom standard products (no special processing)**: For custom size, shape, or coating products without special processing, the lead time is 7-15 working days after receiving the deposit and confirming the drawings.
3. **Complex custom products (special processing)**: For products with special processing such as ultra-precision polishing, multi-layer coating, drilling, etching, tempering, or custom optical components, the lead time is 15-30 working days after confirming the drawings and samples.
4. **Large mass production orders**: For large quantity orders, we will provide a detailed production schedule, with lead times ranging from 30-60 working days, depending on the order size and product complexity.
Urgent order lead times
We offer priority production services for urgent orders. For urgent orders, we can:
- Shorten the production lead time by 30-50%
- Arrange priority production in our workshop
- Provide expedited shipping services (DHL, FedEx, UPS)
- Ensure delivery within the required deadline, subject to mutual negotiation
International shipping times
After production is completed and the goods are ready for shipment, the international shipping time varies by shipping method:
- **Express shipping (DHL/FedEx/UPS)**: 3-7 working days to most countries and regions worldwide
- **Air freight**: 7-15 working days
- **Sea freight**: 20-40 working days, depending on the destination port

- Can you customize the samples style according to my design requirement?
Of course! We can customize the process according to your needs: shape cutting, AR AG coating, high temperature oven, polishing and tempering, anti-UV ink printing, based on our mature supply system for processing and customization
- Can I get a sample with my own logo?
Since customized samples and shipping costs are high for both parties, in order to ensure a win-win situation for both parties and quality assurance, we only provide high-quality samples. - What is your Production MOQ?
The minimum order quantity for our factory production is flexible and negotiable. Usually the MOQ is 100 pieces, and lower quantity is acceptable for trial order. Please feel free to let us know the quantity you need.
