At FELIX GLASS, we offer a variety of flexible, secure, and internationally recognized payment terms to meet the different needs of our global customers, ensuring safe, transparent, and smooth transactions for both parties. We understand that payment terms are a critical part of international trade, and we are committed to providing our customers with reliable, mutually beneficial payment solutions.

Our standard payment terms for global customers are as follows:

1. **T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)**: This is our most commonly used payment method, suitable for most orders. The standard terms are 30% deposit in advance to confirm the order and start production, and 70% balance payment before shipment (or against copy of B/L). For long-term cooperative customers with good credit, we can negotiate more flexible terms, such as 20% deposit and 80% balance against copy of B/L.

2. **L/C (Letter of Credit)**: We accept irrevocable sight L/C issued by reputable international banks, which is the safest payment method for large orders and first-time cooperative customers. This ensures that the customer's payment is guaranteed by the bank, and we can arrange production and shipment with peace of mind.

3. **Other payment methods**: For specific customer needs, we can also accept payment methods such as Western Union, MoneyGram, PayPal (for small sample fees), and D/P (Documents against Payment), subject to mutual negotiation and credit evaluation.

We also offer flexible payment terms for different order types:

- **Sample orders**: 100% payment in advance, including sample cost and shipping cost.

- **Small batch orders**: 30% deposit in advance, 70% balance before shipment.

- **Large mass production orders**: Negotiable payment terms, such as 20% deposit, 80% L/C at sight, or installment payments according to production progress.

- **Long-term cooperative customers**: We can provide more favorable payment terms, such as extended payment deadlines, reduced deposit ratios, and monthly settlement, based on years of good cooperation and credit performance.
