Curved UV Cold Mirror Dichroic Filter For Industrial UV Curing Equipment

Felix Glass curved UV cold mirror dichroic filter is made of high-purity JGS1 fused silica curved blank, coated with professional UV reflective dichroic thin film on both sides. It can highly reflect target UV curing wavelength while transmitting infrared thermal radiation, effectively isolate heat generated by UV mercury lamp or LED UV lamp, avoid high-temperature deformation of workpiece, so it is named cold mirror.

Curved surface design gathers UV light to improve light utilization efficiency, suitable for box UV curing machines and linear UV curing production lines. We support custom arc radius, square and long strip outlines, arbitrary size and customized spectral coating parameters. The coating has strong adhesion, scratch resistance and long service life under continuous UV irradiation.
