Detail Information

Aerospace High Precision Achromatic Cemented Optical Glass Doublet Lens (Φ12.7mm FL75mm)

Felix Glass aerospace-grade achromatic cemented doublet lens is composed of crown optical glass and flint optical glass via high-precision optical cementing process. The matched optical dispersion coefficient of two glass types effectively eliminates axial chromatic aberration within visible to near-infrared working band, avoiding image color fringe and distortion which affects aerospace detection precision.

Ultra-precision grinding and polishing technology ensures high surface figure accuracy, low surface roughness, and stable focal length consistency. The optical cement layer features high temperature resistance and low thermal expansion, adapting to drastic temperature change environment in aerospace flight equipment. Custom broadband AR anti-reflection coating can be deposited on both outer surfaces to reduce stray light reflection and improve light transmittance for long-distance aerospace optical detection.
