Custom Multi-Crystal IR Optical Substrate Window For Infrared Sensor

 
Felix Glass multi-material infrared optical window is customized for infrared thermal sensors, gas analyzers and FTIR spectrometers, supplying 7 mainstream infrared crystal substrates: Germanium (Ge), Zinc Selenide (ZnSe), Silicon (Si), Magnesium Fluoride (MgF₂), Calcium Fluoride (CaF₂), Lithium Fluoride (LiF), Barium Fluoride (BaF₂).
 
Each material covers different spectral bands from deep ultraviolet to long-wave infrared, meeting different infrared detection demands. Flat parallel window structure acts as protective substrate for infrared sensor chips, isolating dust, moisture and corrosive gas. Custom broadband AR anti-reflection coating and DLC hard coating can be deposited on both sides to raise infrared transmittance and boost scratch & moisture resistance. Square, round, rectangular special outlines and arbitrary thickness are fully OEM customizable.
