Felix Glass plano-convex ZnSe lens window is an integrated optical component combining infrared focusing lens and protective window, manufactured from high-purity CVD polycrystalline zinc selenide crystal. We provide two mainstream outline options: square rectangular and round circular to match different optical module installation structures.
 
ZnSe substrate supports ultra-wide continuous transmission from 0.5μm visible red light to 22μm long-wave infrared, the exclusive material for high-power 10.6μm CO₂ industrial laser and dual-spectrum thermal imaging equipment. The plano-convex spherical structure features flat plane as external protective surface, convex surface to converge infrared laser beam. Custom multi-spectrum broadband AR coating is deposited on both surfaces, showing iridescent interference color under light, improving infrared transmittance and protecting soft ZnSe crystal from scratch and oxidation.
The integrated lens-window design replaces separate lens + window two-piece structure, simplifies optical assembly and reduces equipment production cost.
