Our millimeter wave radar dustproof protective optical glass, also known as radar protective cover glass, acts as a core standardized auto safety component for all passenger fuel and new energy vehicles, perfectly matched to front and rear 77GHz collision avoidance millimeter wave radar modules. This ADAS radar dustproof window serves as collision avoidance radar cover for automotive active safety systems. We adopt high-strength chemically strengthened aluminosilicate auto radar tempered glass as the base substrate, rated at Mohs Grade 7 to deliver outstanding anti-scratch and anti-impact performance. It effectively resists gravel impact, sand abrasion, long-term UV exposure and rain corrosion during highway and off-road driving, preventing permanent surface damage that would degrade radar detection stability.

The customized dual-function AR + AF composite coating is engineered for high millimeter-wave signal transmittance. This millimeter wave optical cover minimizes electromagnetic wave attenuation without blocking radar signals, ensuring reliable performance of automatic emergency braking, adaptive cruise control, distance measurement and collision avoidance systems. The AF anti-fouling top layer repels mud, dust, rainwater, snow and road salt, eliminating signal failure risks caused by surface contamination in harsh weather.

This protective glass maintains stable optical and mechanical performance across the full automotive operating range of -40℃ to 85℃. After thousands of hot-cold alternating thermal cycle reliability tests, the coating stays intact without peeling, cracking or reduced transmittance. We support full one-stop customization, including irregular CNC contour cutting, precise mounting positioning holes, black light-shielding silk screen printing and edge chamfering, enabling seamless matching with millimeter radar modules of all mainstream vehicle brands.
