First, we check glass material purity and internal bubble and impurity condition to ensure stable optical performance. Then we carry out precise surface polishing to guarantee smooth surface and good light transmission.
After AR coating, each optical dome will be tested for transmittance, reflection rate and coating adhesion. Unqualified products will be eliminated directly to ensure every delivered piece meets industrial grade standard.
We also conduct appearance inspection, size tolerance test and aging simulation test to adapt to outdoor, underwater and high and low temperature working environment.
