What is your MOQ and sample policy?

Update Time:2026/6/6
A:
We adopt flexible minimum order quantity tailored for custom optical components including BK7 glass, fused silica windows, sapphire domes, coated cover glass and ZnSe/ZnS infrared optics, with no rigid fixed MOQ restriction to satisfy customers’ different procurement phases. For standard in-stock optical parts, small-quantity trial orders are fully acceptable; for OEM & ODM customized optics requiring CNC machining, optical polishing and exclusive coating, we support low-volume pilot production according to project demands.

Our complete sample service covers pre-production prototype samples for client performance verification before bulk manufacturing. Customers can order testing samples to inspect optical transmittance, surface coating quality, dimensional tolerance and real-environment compatibility for medical, aerospace, automotive, laser and machine vision applications. Sample cost varies based on material, coating craft and processing difficulty; once formal bulk order is placed later, we can deduct partial or full sample fees from the mass order payment per negotiation.

We arrange fast sample production and flexible shipment via international courier to shorten customers’ project verification cycle. This customer-oriented MOQ and sample rule helps global buyers lower early-stage R&D investment risk and verify product performance conveniently before large-volume procurement.
