Felix Glass Co., Limited supplies precision-ground and polished N-BK7 right angle prisms for 90-degree optical-path deflection. The original product scope is retained: uncoated blanks or optional high-reflection mirror coating, drawing-based side length, controlled optical tolerances, and support for industrial machine vision, measuring instruments, laboratory optics, imaging assemblies, and compact sensing modules.

A right angle prism uses its two 45-degree angles and hypotenuse face to redirect an incoming beam by 90 degrees. Depending on the optical design, the hypotenuse can operate through total internal reflection or receive a reflective coating. The correct choice depends on wavelength, incidence conditions, polarization, efficiency target, and environmental requirements.
For a quotation, provide the optical drawing, material, side length, coated face, wavelength range, surface quality, flatness, angular tolerance, clear aperture, and quantity.
These values preserve the original listing and should be confirmed against the final drawing before production.

| Clear aperture | At least 80% of the central area | Angular tolerance | Up to plus or minus 3 arc minutes |
| Customization | OEM, ODM, and OBM side length and coating | Warranty and origin | 3 years; Guangdong, China |
Compact inspection layouts that need a controlled 90-degree change in viewing or illumination path.
Measuring and calibration instruments where packaging space and beam direction are defined.
Optical benches and experimental assemblies for alignment and path adjustment.
Imaging and beam-turning modules requiring a stable reflective geometry.
Compact optical sensing modules with limited mechanical envelope.

Side length and mechanical envelope can be produced from customer drawings.
Coating feasibility is reviewed against wavelength, angle, and efficiency requirements.
Finished prisms can be checked against agreed optical and mechanical criteria.
Prototype and batch requirements can be evaluated for repeat manufacturing.
Technical requirements can be reviewed before quotation and production.
Consider an uncoated prism when total internal reflection is suitable for the operating angles, medium, and wavelength.
Consider a reflective coating when the optical path, incidence conditions, or system architecture do not support the required internal reflection behavior.
Specify beam direction, wavelength, angle of incidence, polarization, and target reflectance so the coating route can be reviewed.
Confirm material, size, wavelength, coating, tolerance, and quantity.
Process the prism geometry and optical faces to the agreed drawing.
Apply the approved reflective coating route to the designated surface.
Check agreed criteria and protect finished optical surfaces for shipment.
A useful inspection plan connects the prism specification to the performance risk in the final system. Common checkpoints include dimensional accuracy, angular tolerance, scratch-dig, flatness, clear aperture, edge condition, coating appearance, and project-specific optical testing.
