We can customize all core parameters of optical domes, including outer diameter, inner diameter, uniform or tapered wall thickness, spherical curvature radius and concentricity accuracy. We support various edge processing methods such as flat mouth, chamfer, rounding and special-shaped mounting structure, and can process strictly in accordance with customer CAD drawings, PDF technical specifications or physical sample copying requirements.

We adopt high-precision CNC grinding equipment and ultra-precision polishing technology to strictly control dimensional tolerance, surface quality and optical performance of each customized optical dome. Optional materials include BK7/K9 optical glass, synthetic sapphire and fused silica, matched with multi-layer AR anti-reflective, IR infrared, DLC wear-resistant and hydrophobic anti-fog coatings according to working wavelength and application environment.
