Can I Clean My ITO Glass with IPA?
No universal approval applies. Check compatibility with all exposed coatings, contacts, adhesives and printed features. Use a cleaning method approved for the supplied configuration and intended next process.
What to Check or Provide

- Use the cleaning procedure approved for that complete configuration.
- If residue or resistance changes appear, stop and inspect rather than increasing rubbing pressure.

Is ultrasonic cleaning suitable?
It may be part of a qualified bare-substrate process, but it is not automatically suitable for fine patterns, attached leads or bonded assemblies. Validate the fluid, equipment, fixture and process conditions.
