Custom Multispectral ZnSe Optical Dome | Integrated Lens Infrared Dome

Custom multispectral ZnSe optical domes are also known as infrared domes or optical fairings. Made of high-purity zinc selenide, they feature excellent transmittance across visible, near-infrared and far-infrared bands. This hemispherical component acts as a protective enclosure, while the integrated lens structure realizes light focusing and beam collimation, dual functions in one part. We fully customize diameter, wall thickness, spherical radius and surface coating. Widely applied to aerospace airborne devices, defense EO/IR systems, multispectral cameras and outdoor infrared monitoring equipment.

Core Advantages

  • Wide multispectral transmission: covers 0.6 μm ~ 18 μm, adapts to multi-band optical systems
  • Ultra-low absorption and uniform material, ensures clear multispectral imaging
  • Standard dome structure, great airtightness, impact resistance and weather resistance
  • Integrated lens design, simplifies optical assembly and saves installation space
  • Custom multispectral anti-reflection coating for higher light transmittance
  • High-precision machining, tight tolerance for high-end optical equipment

Main Product Types

  1. Hemispherical ZnSe Dome:Standard half-sphere optical dome, mainstream protective fairing
  2. Spherical Segmented Dome:Custom radian for special installation and optical path
  3. Integrated Dome with Lens Function:Dome + focusing lens integrated structure
  4. Thin-Wall ZnSe Dome:Lightweight design, dedicated for portable airborne equipment
  5. Special Caliber Custom Dome:Small/large diameter customized per installation requirements
