The comprehensive inspection system replaces partial manual sampling testing, realizing full-surface, full-edge, full-coating and full-printing automatic defect screening for every single glass panel before packaging and shipment.

- Final finished goods station: Comprehensive full-surface recheck before delivery

 

The system automatically categorizes detected defects into edge defects, printing defects, substrate defects and coating defects, separating non-conforming products in real time to avoid mixing good and defective glass panels in one batch.
