Felix Glass Co., Limited manufactures custom N-BK7 cube beam splitter prisms for optical measuring instruments, laboratory test platforms, periscope imaging devices, and industrial optical systems. The original product direction is retained: precision polished N-BK7 glass, optional reflective or anti-reflection coating, and black matte side paint for stray-light control.

Two precision prism elements form a compact cube geometry. A specified internal reflective surface can divide or redirect incident light, while polished entrance and exit faces support controlled transmission. Black matte paint on selected sides can reduce unwanted reflections outside the intended optical path.
Supports beam splitting, folding, or periscope-style optical routing according to the coating design.
Cube geometry can simplify mounting compared with separate angled optical elements.

Black matte edge treatment is intended to absorb stray light that reaches non-working faces. The treatment can be applied only where the assembly requires it, leaving designated optical surfaces clear or coated.

Send cube size, face dimensions, bevel, angular relationship, and assembly space.
Define wavelength, transmission or reflection target, flatness, surface quality, and clear aperture.
Confirm datum faces, mounting method, edge paint boundaries, and any orientation marks.
Specify dimensional reporting, visual inspection, coating checks, and any optical test data required.

Routes or divides light inside metrology and alignment assemblies.
Supports configurable beam paths for experiments, prototypes, and optical benches.
Folds an optical path where the housing requires a compact viewing geometry.
Fits machine inspection, sensing, and optical detection equipment built to a defined drawing.
Felix Glass Co., Limited supports drawing-based optical glass processing from sample evaluation through batch production. Engineering communication can cover glass selection, polish quality, angular tolerance, coatings, black paint, inspection scope, and protective packaging.
For US-market procurement, specifications are presented in practical engineering terms and reviewed against the final assembly rather than treated as a one-size-fits-all catalog item.

Provide dimensions, tolerances, bevels, quantity, sample needs, and expected production schedule.
Include wavelength band, angle of incidence, reflection or transmission target, flatness, and surface quality.
Mark coated faces, black-painted areas, clear apertures, orientation, and packaging requirements.
Yes. Size, shape, bevels, and tolerances can be reviewed from a drawing or reference sample.
Yes. The paint boundary should be identified on the drawing so working optical faces remain clear.
Yes. State the wavelength range, incidence angle, and performance target for coating review.
The retained product specification lists 20/10, with 60/40 optional; final acceptance should be confirmed for the project.
