ITO Coated Conductive Glass

Industrial Touch Panel Glass

Felix Glass manufactures custom capacitive touch panel glass and ITO conductive touch substrates for medical devices, industrial control panels, automotive displays, smart home appliances and wearable touch equipment. All optical performance values represent typical achievable ranges and will be finalized according to project drawings and material selection. Touch Glass Substrate Options 1. Soda Lime Glass (0.7–5mm): Cost-effective with stable printing performance, suitable for indoor household touch panels. 2. Chemically Strengthened Aluminosilicate Glass: High hardness, scratch and impact resistance for medical and frequently used industrial touch screens. 3. Ultra-Thin Borosilicate Glass: Low thermal expansion and high transmittance, ensuring stable touch signals for wearables and precision instruments. Functional Coatings 1. AG Anti-Glare Coating: Custom haze 5%–30% to eliminate strong-light reflection and reduce visual fatigue. 2. AR Anti-Reflection Coating: Single-side reflectance ≤0.8%, total transmittance ≥92% for high clarity under bright environments. 3. AF Anti-Fingerprint Coating: Oleophobic hydrophobic surface for easy cleaning and long service life. 4. ITO Conductive Coating: Adjustable resistance 10–1000Ω/sq for stable capacitive touch performance. Coating combinations are engineered according to optical, electrical and environmental demands. Some coating layers may mutually affect optical performance and will be optimized during pre-production DFM review. Custom Machining Capability Size range: 10×10mm to 1200×1800mm Tolerance: Dimension ±0.02mm, thickness ±0.01mm Available processing: CNC cutting, chamfer polishing, hole drilling, cutout routing, silk screen printing, partial masking coating and edge finishing. All edges are finely polished to prevent assembly scratching. Production & Quality Control Process flow: Raw cutting → chemical strengthening → edge polishing → dust-free cleaning → vacuum coating → silk printing → final inspection → dust-free packaging. Full IQC, IPQC and FQC quality control compliant with ISO 9001 and RoHS. Hardness, transmittance and touch stability test reports are available upon request. Applications 1.
